This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the ArchVizs platform and services. By using ArchVizs, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted Use

ArchVizs is designed for legitimate interior design visualization purposes, including:

Creating and sharing 3D panoramic room tours
Placing and showcasing furniture, fixtures, and materials
Collaborating with team members and clients on design projects
Managing product catalogs for interior design businesses

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ArchVizs to:

Upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others
Upload content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive non-design activities
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
Use the Service in violation of any applicable export control laws

3. Content Standards

All content uploaded to ArchVizs must:

Be related to interior design, architecture, or real estate visualization
Be content you own or have the right to use
Not contain personally identifiable information of third parties without consent
Not be used for surveillance or tracking individuals without consent

4. Resource Usage

Respect the storage and bandwidth limits of your subscription plan
Do not create automated or scripted uploads exceeding reasonable usage
Do not use the API in a manner that degrades performance for other users

5. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in: (a) a warning, (b) temporary suspension of your account, (c) permanent termination of your account, or (d) legal action, depending on the severity and frequency of violations. We will endeavor to provide notice before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@archvizs.com.
